I'd say, give them a combinatin of both. They are obviously looking for
their best bargain here. If they truly like your work and want your artistic
ability in their work they will pay for it. they are looking to make a quick
hit for some great artwork and have their regular staff put it all together.
DOn't risk losing the gig with an attitude, name your price and make it a
good one. They obviously don'e have any great artists ontheir staff.
