hi, Marc,

you're right, the article has a valid point, however i also believe the
writer's judgement is skewed

that's cited as a bad use of flash happens to be very effective in
establishing the shoe brand as cool & sphisticated in an unconventional way

let's face it, the shoes look clunky, but the advertising direction of the
site makes them seem cool ---- damn good use of flash tech to help --- good
copy writing too, which the article writer thinks is bad

it is not designed for shopping cart e-commerce but rather to boost sales in
shops. checking santa rosa, ca, usa, i found 5 locations to buy them, and
the locator nav was easy, by just inputting my zip

i apologize if my 4 pence worth offends anyone
