I didn't really think it an "anti Flash" article, just a critique of this 

particular site.


I thought the article made some salient points about the site's

less-than-intuitive navigation, but overall I found it a good "branding"

site, much like barneys.com.   And to quote Robert Rauschenberg:


"Anything you do will be an abuse of somebody else's aesthetics."


The client's happy?  The developers got paid?  Works for me.
