I use Dreamweaver to insert the Flash Movie.
But here is the HTML script you need; were- width "100%" height="100%"
-will fill the browser to the proportions of the movie.

This is a different question and the "ideal" movie size is contested. I
think a "standard" Page Banner is 486 x 60 pixels, so this width will fit
most browsers, the height for me is always trial and error.
