There's only one way to do what you want...I think. You want an
edge-to-edge fit in the browser with no distortion and no trimming, not
full-screen. This rules out scaling since you want no distortion and
edge-to-edge coverage.

So if it's a fixed size, the only way to get edge-to-edge coverage
without anything being 'trimmed' would be to open a new browser window
at a specific non-changeable size.
