I like this technique for browsers 4+. Publish the movie with the html set
to 100% each way and the scaling to "no border". Add this line of code to
your BODY tag:
<BODY MARGINWIDTH="0" MARGINHEIGHT="0" LEFTMARGIN="0" RIGHTMARGIN="0"
TOPMARGIN="0" BOTTOMMARGIN="0">
(code courtesy of www.moock.org )
The movie will scale itself to either the height or width of the browser
window, which ever is the largest (unless your movie fits exactly) and
there'll be no gutter hopefully. This is a good technique for making a yugop
style menu bleed to the edge of the browser window (i.e. when full width is
more important than full height). Also, I would use the default stage size,
unless you know for certain most people will be looking at it with hi-res
screens.

C K,
There's only one way to do what you want...I think. You want an
edge-to-edge fit in the browser with no distortion and no trimming, not
full-screen. This rules out scaling since you want no distortion and
edge-to-edge coverage.
So if it's a fixed size, the only way to get edge-to-edge coverage
without anything being 'trimmed' would be to open a new browser window
at a specific non-changeable size.
