Did you give your mc an instance name and direct the variable inside of
that?

HI all,

well I have got a variable via PHP in a textfield in a Flash-Movie -
works fine.

Then I have tried to create a button (graphic+textfield) and the
variable is well shown in the textfield of the button.

Now my problem is that I have to "convert" the button into a movie
clip cause I want to duplicate the button, but now textfield of the
movie clip (which only consists of 1 frame [the button]) is blank,
seems like no value is assigned.

Can someone help me solving this problem, if you need the fla/php-
file please contact me via e-mail.
