FLASH: TV flickering lines effect HELP?

Hi


Don't know how to explain this one, so I hope that someone understands, so

here goes....


I want to create a screen that looks like a tv screen (without the tv shape

etc) flickering with the lines etc, looking blurred and then clearing or a

crackled screen with numbers counting down like at the cinema . Does anyone

know of any tutorial sites etc with something like this? I've been looking

but to no avail!


Hope this is as clear as mud and thanks in advance
