Darren,

Did you install the Flash plugin or the Shockwave/Flash plugin? Flash alone is very
quick, easy and painless...especially in IE which does it on-the-fly. If you
installed the Shockwave stuff as well, there might be a reboot required, but there
is none required for Flash. Netscape re-opens automatically at the end of the Flash
install as well, no user action required (other than following simple directions).
