FLASH: SCALE EFFECT

All I want is a simple scale effect. Could someone

please help me with the action script or provide me

with a tutorial or FLA for this effect. ex. mouse

moves in, circle gets bigger. Mouse moves out, circle

gets smaller. Easy enough
