If you just want your circle to get bigger, you can make it a button and

make the circle in the over-state bigger then in the up-state. Then you

get something like this:

If you want the circle to get bigger and shrink more gradually, you can

use a movieclip and a few button actions like I've done here:

Note: I'm still using Flash 4, but I bet the procedure does not differ

very much from Flash 5.
