FLASH: variables from a text file - not in Netscape!

try the following url

http://www.geocities.com/nusselman/check/check.html

in both browsers.

Rollover the menu items and you will see "file updated" and the date on the

bottom of the window changing depending on a rollover.

The variable comes from a text file, that is in the same directory.

Not in Netscape, though.

Why?

Does it have anything to do with a pop-up window, that has # (fake link)?
