Congrats on the new possibilities (nothing better than a client saying
you did such a great job, they want you to do x, y and z too)! But
unless you get some more details about what they want and when, I don't
see how you can possibly give a quote for a "flat yearly rate for
everything". Sounds to me like they're looking for an employee, not a
contractor. Maybe you could quote annual desired salary x 2, but how do
you and they know when you've done enough?
