Freelancing with a monthly salary is suicide in my experience. Cause the
client ends up giving you so much work with ridicuoous deadlines, that in
the end you end up losing money (or not making as much as you put it).

I say go hourly. Im not sure of the calibre of your work or what they expect
from you, but i would make it a fair hourly rate, maybe even undercut your
normal rate, becuase they are giving you soo much business.
