Hi MM,


Are you sure you installed the plugin in the same browsers you're using?  If

you keep multiple versions of IE and Netscape on your hard drive, it could

be when you installed the plugin you popped it into the wrong folder (I've

seen people do this countless times).  You might be trying to access F5

content through a browser you haven't updated yet.  Ctrl + click the flash

movie in your browser window to see what version of the plugin you're using.


If it turns out you DO have the right plugin in the right browser, then I

can't help you.  I'm on a Mac and have had no problems with the F5 player

(Netscape 4.6 and IE5).  Your best recourse would be to scour the Macromedia

site for more information.
