livemotion makes .swfs. you then import them into your flash file & do what
you want. this is also how vecta3d & swift3d work.

Does Flash 5 have the capabilities of opening a Livemotion file in
editable form in Flash? Like you can open an Illustrator file in
Freehand?

My creative director enjoys the Adobe interface but is aware it's not
the latest greatest Flash tool. My thinking is he could design his work
up to a point in Livemotion, then turn it over to one of the other
designers who would open it in Flash 5 and finish it out (scripting,
etc).

Anything on this? Perhaps an extension in the future?
