FLASH: sliders with results toy

OK Anyone know how to do this? I need to create 9 slide bars in which, each of

the bars slides forward or backward one increment per click of a button. each

bar has 2 buttons, one tells the bar to move forward, one tells it backward. I

need also a counter animation that ranges from 0% to 100%. As the bar moves

forward, the percent moves up, etc. This is what I need to create. Any

suggestions on how to do it? Any resources you know of? Thanks good people.
