have you considered just being creative with the registration point?


what i mean is when you put the "rollover" item in the over state of the

button, also put in another item that does something, but in a different

place in accordance with what else you want to happen....


so if you rollover button 1, the rollover for that button is played, and

something displays somewhere else on the screen


no AS needed, just creativity with buttons, might or might not work for you
