you could just play with the second object's hit area.
ie it's hit state will have itself and a block over the section of screen
that the first object occupies.

Subject: FLASH: double rollovers in flash
Hi all
I am new to scripting in flash and I am trying to figure out how to make a
double roll over.. ie, when mouse passes over one object, that object and
another someplace else rolls over to a new image.
I figured i could use the mouse over and got to label functions, but I was
wondering if there was an easier/better way to script things??
cheers in advance
stephan
