.swf to VHS???

Man - I have had the same problem. Are you pc or mac?
A friend of mine has the answer for mac - but on pc I
render out (from flash) one pass of just sound (.wav),
then I render out one pass of just movie (.mov)

In premiere I then marry them and put them out as
whatever I want. It can be hellish . . . I hope
Macromedia takes note.

Let me know if there is a better way.
