Also, don't even think about trying to use new Flash 5 Action Script in

Director 8!

Hopefully Macromedia will release a new version of the Flash Asset Xtra soon

so that we can do that.

Director 8 does not support Flash 5 files fully, even if all you have there

is Flash 4 functions.

The visibility property of the movie clips in my movie did not work, until I

exported my swf as Flash 4 and reimported it into Director.
