FLASH: frame rate

 Hello,


Is it possible to accuate frame rates with flash?


I'm running a 500Mhz PIII and running a movie with NOTHING in it except for 2 blank key frames, the frame rates are consiostantly slow. If it is my computer, how then does flash compensate? Is there a way I can predict this?
