Fellow listees . . . I am just a poor, bumbling baby Flasher and would deepy

appreciate an answer to my question.


I have a simple banner with a brief opening sequence, in a Flash file.  I

made a little movie of text effects in Swish, then imported it into Flash,

as per instructions.  The Help file in Swish says that I should import it,

then save it as a Flash movie, and THEN "drag an instance of it" onto the

stage in the movie where I want to place it.


I can find no reference in the Flash Help or the Swish Help files to explain

how to "drag an instance of the movie" into the other movie.  This may be a

semantic problem for me, after all, I am but a poor, bumbling baby Flasher,

as I said.  But I can't figure out how to get the Swish movie "dragged" into

the movie where I want it to be.  I can see all the elements of the Swish

text effect movie in a library, but I can only drag the library elements one

at a time.  Would I need to copy and past the Swish text effect movie to get

it into the "larger" movie?


If I have not explained my question articulately enough, I will try again,

since I have many questions and hope to curry favor with humility and

efficiency and wit.


Gratefully and in full recognition of my limitations as well as my urgent

desire to learn this set of skills.
