I think the simplest way is -


Have your first frame as it is but assign a stop action to the frame.


In the second frame have a keyframe with the fish mc at 100% opacity at

however far down the timeline you want to have the fish reduced to 0%

opacity insert another keyframe and change it's opacity.


Create the tween between them as you would normally


For The Buttons Action Have On Release Goto Frame 2
