FLASH: flashing before the movie begins

I am about to launch this site

It still has some tweeks, but the problem

right now the problem is how to get rid of

the "flashes" right before the movies begin.

The background of the movie and the html

pages are the same. I tried putting

background color info into the embed and

source tags but that didn't work. 


Someone said there was a tech note on this

but I can't seem to find it. Does someone

know?
