What i do is create a bunch of keyframes (equal to the amount of nav

buttons). Then on each keframe i replace one of the buttons with a static

image (this would be your button in a rollover state).


On the action of the button i call the swf to load in a seperate frame and i

also put a "goto and stop frame X" action. So aftter it calls the load movie

action the nav goes to a frame where it apears to be in a rolover state.


It can also be done with variables but i find this is the simplest way.
