FLASH: Typing action that's efficient

Hi Folks,


Does anyone know an efficient way to simulate typing in Flash on screen.

Using a mask(and keyframe) above each 'type stroke' is bogging down my

movie!




As usual, 'm on a deadline, so a quick reply would be helpful.
