I don't know of any specific flash resource centers, but there are some good
lisings on flipdog.com and dice.com and I've heard that if you post your
resume on guru.com you'll get a lot of calls (but don't go through the
postings, they don't seem to be very good).
sorry I don't know if this helps. I've heard that there is a lot of work in
the bay area, though. good luck.
