FLASH: AS: Timer HELP!

uggh...this is such a stupidly simple question, but my brain is in major

fart mode, and I'm not figuring this out. So...does anyone know how to

build a timer in Flash that counts the seconds up to 60, then rolls back

to 0, up to 60, back to 0 etc., all the while incrementally increasing

the minutes and eventually the hours? I know I'm gonna kick myself when

I see the answer, but thanks for the help...
