uk-netmarketing Archive (2011-2015)

I absolutely understand the allergic reaction to ms project and gant charts but it seems to me that its a langauge clients already understand and that they look for this level of clarity in order to get sign-off on budgets and timelines.

Can anyone point me towards some resources that would bridge the gap between client-friendly waterfall plans and something a bit more progressive & realistic?
