What it means is... you want a fork? OK, put away the silver service... here's a fork... OK, so it's not got all the prongs yet, but with two you can eat, right? I mean, any more prongs is a waste really. You don't need four prongs on a fork... 

And, if you can eat, you win... sort of.

Seriously though, the hilarious thing makes all of us take it all so seriously is that it has not really (much) affected the costs or project delivery timing... in our experience... but it has made some dev. businesses have a USP.
