A client has asked:
"We are currently looking at the migration strategy for customers from our existing site to the new site, and I wondered if you had any best practices, learning or white papers on this topic to prevent attrition in the migration process?"

I must admit to not having seen anything like this in one place, just bits and pieces... but think it should be something that exists.

Do you have any guidance?

I will compile a best practice doc and send round if so...
