hi, all,

I'm actually writing a 'Best Practice' guide for Econsultancy on general
website relaunch & migration at the moment. If anyone here has been
involved in an interesting migration project over the last year, and has
something to say about it that would be useful to the wider community, I'd
love to have a chat - please do drop me a note on dj.barker at barker.dj

Aside from that - Catriona: was this about general migration, or
specifically 'customer' migration? (I read as the latter, everyone else
seems to have read as the former - usually I am wrong in that scenario, but
wanted to check before bombarding you with useless links!)
