Hello Chinwaggers,

Some people want to pay us to promote their services, hurrah! 
I have no idea what to charge them.
We're a B2B site, users are record labels, independent artists and music video directors.
I'd like to do this the easiest way possible, ie without having to fiddle about measuring specific CPMs etc. Probably charge a fee for 6 months.
Here's our stats - could anyone offer a few ballparks please?

Website c10k visits per month, c 4.5k uniques
Bottom of home page: Full banner with link 468x60.
Marketplace page (via footer menu) Square 250x250 plus c100 words text and link.
Newsletter c8k list size, average open rate 30-35%
Bottom of newsletter: Full banner with link 468x60.

If you have a rough idea of what we could charge for the above, how much more do you think we would charge for adding the following (currently not available)

Website, add 
All pages, Top RHS, Square 250x250
All pages, Bottom Full banner 468x60
Newsletter, add
Body of newsletter Square 250x250 plus c100 words text and link.
