Hi
If you¹re running a Facebook competition it has to be done through a FB app,
not through the wall.  As part of a competition you can require a user to
like the page before they enter, but it has to be done through the app.

Hope that helps/makes sense.

   Hi All,
 
 We are planning a Like and please share campaign to win a prize  to be
drawn at random from all FB page likers
 
 For the Skoog <http://www.facebook.com/skoogmusic>  (music tech for
children with disabilities)  http://www.facebook.com/skoogmusic
 
 There seems to be some confusion on what FB allows and what is best
practice.
 
 'Liking' a page can be used as condition of entry... but not sharing
 
 "You must not condition registration or entry upon the user taking any
action using any Facebook features or functionality other than liking a
Page, checking in to a Place, or connecting to your app. For example, you
must not condition registration or entry upon the user liking a Wall post,
or commenting or uploading a photo on a Wall."
 
 
 Which is fine we plan to run a the 'like' part as condition of entry into a
prize draw for A skoog package worth £500
 
 But then ...
 
 
 "Promotions must be administered by APPS from facebook.com"
 
 Qu'est-ce que c'est?
