We've used worldpay for ages as we do recurring billing and use the 
futurepay part but as Angus says, it's the clunky (crap) interfaces that 
let it down.  You as a merchant cannot even do a search based on 
someone's name or email address, you have to have the transaction id......

Likewise, customers find it a nightmare to change their card details 
when the ones they have expire (some payment systems are now doing this 
automatically, worldpay says they have no plans to) and as a merchant 
you can't update it for them.  We actually just advise the customers to 
create a new 'futurepay agreement' as from a customer's perspective it's 
less hassle than updating an old one.
