Hiya Ty/Damian,

Ah yes, but be warned, they get a bit jumpy if your list's hard/soft bounce
rate goes above their norms (whatever those are). We've had our account
suspended for some very old and fairly out-of-date lists.

They're usually fine if you can prove that the data has been collected
legitimately and there's opt-ins, or, better still, double opt-ins.

Damian - I was racking my brains for the names of the cleaning services,
but couldn't find any. I seem to remember Return Path offering a cleaning
service, but I may well be mis-remembering.
