Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help on behalf of our client and a somewhat incompetent agency they used ....essentially the agency set-up a YouTube account, posted a few videos but managed to lose the details to the account. (I know ...it astounds me too!)

No-one seems to be able to provide any help on this or even give any clue as to which email address or google account might have been used.

The upshot is that we've now had to create a new account, but we need to delete the old one.

All the options about attempting to recover access rely on knowing details which we don't have, such as:
- the last known password
- google account
- mobile number linked to account
- details of services / times that account was used etc.

Does anyone have experience of this, or any contacts that might be able to help.
