[uk-netmarketing] Subscription problems

Hi,

I wonder if it's worth considering using a different payment processor? Have you guys considered using something like Stripe?

One of it's many benefits is that is manages subscription style payments for you and I wonder if that would give you a stronger position with the banks?

The other major benefit is that you don't need a merchant account as payments are paid directly in to your current account.

Regards,

- Alan

We have the tick box, the order email says the next renewal date and amount, all over the ordering process it says subscription and they have to pick a subscription billing cycle and we send an email 7 days before hand. It's literally not worth trying to fight it and send the info to the processor about how they were notified repeatedly, they still refund.
