Hi Rajesh

That's a good angle. But I think it needs to be me looking at 'finding' the right one rather than the other way round as I fear I may spend too much time talking to people who really cannot do what they **think** they can (based on what they think I want in terms of content which is not general businessesy stuff, but very specific M&A / business sales content).
