(see http://www.nop.co.uk/internet/Kidsnet2.htm) but you'll
probably have to pay for the data (how important is your question?)
and of course theWWW User Survey at
http://www.gvu.gatech.edu/gvu/user_surveys/survey-1998-10/
breaks results down by age...
