www.freecheck.co.uk are offering a scheme - described in Sunday Times,
yesterday
The e-commerce site gives you a code, and a number to dial, you dial, type
in
the code and hang up. Go back to the site and it acknowledges paynment and
releases the goods/info/service.
Haven't tried it.
