fantastic. without a doubt the most useful day's worth of conference

I've ever been to.


just a bit of a shame that it was largely the usual suspects talking to

eachother.


several people commented that it would have been great to see a lot more

managers, clients, etc there to learn why this stuff was important.

maybe next time.
