Members of this list have talked about the importance of customer service

and speed of response to enquiry mails. I don't think there is any doubting

its importance....


Are there any specialist companies who, given proper briefing, can reply to

simple bulk email enquiries from the public..? 


Do most e-businesses handle email queries internally?
