Hello

Not sure about "packages" as such that will deliver post-click analysis but
AdKnowledge (http://www.adknowledge.com) does fantastic post-click work if
you use their service. Check out the stuff on Data DNA at
http://www.adknowledge.com/eAnalytics/index.html

In the UK you can contcat them on 020 7659 9400.
