Look here:

I thought this was particularly helpful advice from Motorola:

Q. How do I enter a new URL address?
A.This will depend on your Service Provider and their WAP gateway. The phone
contains only one URL, which typically is your personal account URL and
gateway information, pre-set by your Service Provider. Your Service Provider
may or may not allow you to add personal bookmarks once connected, depending
on how their WAP gateway is set up. Please call you Service Provider for
more information.
