WTF!!!! This is from a customer services operative for a .com - with all

due respect to lostminute the mind just boggles. Perhaps I have been

missing the point and the internet is steam driven, horse drawn and half

timbered, being as it is an incomplete self constructing organic machine

manned by space elves. Wake me up when the elves have finished the job,

and I'll go to work.
