Nominet Domains
No "Registered on" date in the details = pre Nominet
Ok.co.uk only has modified and updated dates.

Hi Leslie,
Slipping my 'Mr. Domain Name' hat on for a brief moment - yes you are
completely correct. The only way that OK mag can use ok.co.uk domain is
that
they either nabbed it before the Nominet rule change, or they bought it
from
someone who had managed to obtain it before the rule change. From the whois
information at www.nic.uk it would suggest that the latter might be the
case
unless, it was renewed recently. A similar thing happened with bt.co.uk

Its Miller Time!

'er, how does ok mag manage to nab a domain like ok.co.uk given that
nominet
does not allow two alpha character domains...anymore... I think they
changed
the rules about four years ago...
I guess they must have bought it from someone who nab it before Nominet
changed their rules a few years back..
