Thanks for the heads up, that case study has been deleted
from our file and we are sending an apology to our entire
list today.
Nobody should ever strip email addresses from Web sites and
then mail them. Ever, ever, ever.

addresses from publications like AMMO to send a link to an agency creds
presentation. Suffice to say, good advice was given and acted upon.
