Depends what the aim of the competition is:
Enhancing value of visits competition but not having to spend much or worry
too much about it is http://www.loquax.co.uk/ - fantastic portal of
competitions!
Following this - if you wanted something to brand build then you could run a
competition with prizes off a quiz show that gameplay would tailor for you,
or even a viral game - to look like it is on your site or just via email,
and maybe sponsorship and prize management of a competition on their site
too.
See http://now.gameplay.com/servlet/douno.partners.Site?indx=21 - great
stuff.
Data Building you could go for www.myoffers.com as Rick Brownlow just said,
where companies put up forms to a biasly form filling community to fill to
their hearts content in return for entries to prize draws - limited
branding!

Hello,
We are running a competition for a client and would like to know of any
site where we can post competitions and a URL for people to enter.
Any ideas?
Duncan
